We're looking for energetic, creative, and customer-focused individuals to join us as Part-Time Sales Associates at our Furlenco stores.

• Retail Sales, Customer Experience, or Customer Engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with walk-in customers and understand their furniture and home furnishing requirements.
• Recommend suitable furniture and décor solutions based on customer preferences, space, and budget.
• Showcase Furlenco products and communicate their features and benefits effectively.
• Build positive customer relationships and deliver an engaging in-store experience.
• Convert customer interactions into sales and contribute to store sales targets.
• Stay updated on product offerings, furniture trends, and home styling ideas.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and convincing skills.
• An interest in furniture, interior design, home décor, or lifestyle products.
• A customer-first mindset with the ability to understand and influence purchase decisions.
• A proactive, enthusiastic, and target-oriented approach.
• Availability to spend 5–6 hours per day at a Furlenco store.
