As a Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales for our prestigious Perodua brand. What you'll be doing

1. Providing knowledgeable and personalized assistance to customers throughout the sales process
2. Demonstrating and showcasing Perodua vehicles to potential customers, highlighting their features and benefits
3. Conducting test drives and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
4. Identifying customer needs and offering tailored solutions to meet their requirements
5. Negotiating and closing sales effectively while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
6. Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
7. Collaborating with the wider sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets
8. Participating in sales training and workshops to continuously enhance your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with customers
3. Excellent product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate and explain vehicle features in detail
4. Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
5. A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
6. A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
7. Enthusiasm, drive, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets
