Sales Advisor (Recond Car)

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Recond Car Sales Advisor to join our team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling reconditioned (imported) vehicles, building strong customer relationships, and delivering excellent customer experience from enquiry to closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell reconditioned (imported) vehicles to potential customers
• Handle walk-in, online, and phone enquiries professionally
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
• Follow up on leads and maintain strong customer relationships
• Assist customers with loan applications, insurance, and documentation
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales pipeline
• Work closely with marketing and operations teams

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in any field
• At least 1–2 years of experience in automotive sales (recond experience is an advantage)
• Fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin (to support Mandarin-speaking customers)
• Sales-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
• Possess own transport and a valid driving license
