Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure an engaging luxury shopping experience.
• Assist customers in product selection, styling, and fitting while reflecting the brand values.
• Maintain store presentation, product display, and cleanliness according to brand standards.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through strong product knowledge and customer relationship building.
• Support stock management, visual merchandising, and operational efficiency in daily store activities.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion, footwear, or luxury goods.
• Strong passion for fashion and a keen eye for style and detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• l Fluent in English is a plus.
