• Interpret architectural drawings, floor plans, and client briefs.
• Present and promote products, materials, finishes, accessories, and solutions.
• Assist clients in selecting layouts, materials, finishes, colors, and accessories.
• Ensure proposed solutions are functional, aesthetically appealing, and technically feasible.
• Follow up on sales leads to convert opportunities into confirmed orders.
• Prepare quotations and proposals in accordance with company standards.
• Negotiate within approved commercial guidelines and close sales effectively.
• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout the sales process.
