Position Overview

Trade Meister is seeking ambitious, professional, and highly motivated Sales Agents who are interested in more than simply earning commissions.

This position is designed as a career-growth opportunity for individuals who want to develop their sales skills, grow into leadership, build a team, and potentially earn the opportunity to operate their own Trade Meister sales office.

As a Sales Agent, you will introduce prospective customers to Trade Meister's automated futures trading software, educate them on our products and services, conduct sales presentations, follow up with qualified prospects, and guide customers through the purchasing process.

Our goal is to develop talented salespeople into future leaders and managers who can build, train, and lead successful sales teams.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate leads through networking, and territory management to expand our client base.
• Educate prospects about our automated trading software, available products, features, pricing, and customer support.
• Follow up consistently with qualified prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and help prospects determine which Trade Meister product may best fit their goals.
• Guide customers professionally through the sales and purchasing process.
• Accurately document customer interactions, follow-ups and closings.
• Maintain professional communication and strong customer relationships.
• Follow Trade Meister's approved sales procedures, disclosures, compliance requirements, and marketing standards.
• Utilize CRM software and sales management systems to track interactions, update client information.
• Open to outside sales, inside sales, and remote selling environments.
• Ability to meet or surpass sales targets consistently through strategic planning and execution

Sales Agent=$1000-$4000 per sell

Learn the Trade Meister sales system, develop strong product knowledge, build your pipeline, and demonstrate consistent sales performance.

Sales Manager= $1200-$4800 per sell + 2.5% of all Team member sales

Qualified agents may have the opportunity to advance into management, where they can recruit, train, coach, and oversee a team of Trade Meister Sales Agents while helping their team achieve company performance goals.

Office Manager= 100k + yearly salary, $1400-$5600 per sell, + 5% of all Team member sales

Exceptional Sales Managers demonstrate strong results, leadership ability, operational discipline, integrity, and the ability to build a successful team may be considered for both hourly pay, higher commission and the opportunity to operate a Trade Meister sales office in an approved market.

This creates a potential career path from selling Trade Meister products to building and leading an entire Trade Meister sales operation.
