LMI Corporation is looking for Sales Agent!

What We're Looking For:

Sales & Growth: Actively promote and sell Globe’s ecosystem—including prepaid/postpaid plans, broadband, and mobile devices—to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.

Active Prospecting: Source leads through field activities, booth activations, and saturation drives. You will be responsible for area mapping and market scanning to identify high-potential neighborhoods and businesses.

Needs-Based Selling: Approach potential customers professionally to assess their digital needs and recommend the best-fit Globe solutions.

Product Education: Deliver engaging demos, educate users on app integrations, and effectively resolve customer objections to close deals.

Professional Standards: Maintain strict confidentiality of project data and uphold LMI’s commitment to safety, integrity, and total accountability.

Qualifications

• The "Closer" Mindset: Proven ability to identify upselling opportunities and a drive to hit sales quotas.
• Excellent Communication: Confident in initiating conversations and explaining technical product features clearly to diverse audiences.
• Field-Ready: Willingness to engage in "on-the-ground" activities, from mall booths to community saturation drives. Preferrably with motorcycle.
• Reliable & Ethical: A professional who models punctuality and takes full ownership of their sales outcomes.
