Sales Agent

The Sales Agent takes ownership of appointments booked by the Appointment Setter and drives them toward a sale — either closing the franchise sale directly or warm-transferring a qualified, well-prepared prospect to the Australian Franchise Manager for final close. This role requires a mature, driven sales professional who can run a consultative conversation, handle objections, and manage a pipeline with discipline.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct scheduled outbound sales appointments with prospects booked by the Appointment Setter.
• Run structured, consultative conversations that present the Jim's Cleaning Group franchise opportunity, value proposition, and investment model.
• Close franchise sales directly where appropriate, or warm-transfer qualified prospects to the Australian Franchise Manager with a complete handover brief.
• Manage a personal sales pipeline, including timely follow-up on proposals, pending decisions, and re-engagement of stalled prospects.
• Handle objections professionally and tailor the conversation to prospect motivations and concerns.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales and conversion targets set by Jim's Cleaning Group leadership.
• Maintain complete and accurate pipeline and outcome records in the CRM.
• Work side by side with the Appointment Setter to give feedback on lead quality and refine qualification criteria over time.

QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES

• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; confident, persuasive, and articulate.
• Demonstrated sales experience, ideally in franchise sales, business opportunity sales, or a comparable direct/outbound sales environment.
• Driven and goal-oriented, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Hardworking, mature, and comfortable carrying accountability for revenue outcomes.
• Skilled in outbound appointment-based selling and consultative closing techniques.
• Comfortable working with CRM pipeline tools and reporting sales activity accurately.

WORKING ARRANGEMENT

Location: Office-based, BVS-OPC Cebu City (side by side with the Appointment Setter)

Engagement: Full-time

Team: Franchise Sales Team, Jim's Cleaning Group

Reports to: Jim's Cleaning Group Franchise Sales Lead / Australian Franchise Manager, with BVS-OPC operational oversight

Works closely with: Appointment Setter (direct pipeline partner)
