Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Generator Set Sales Agent to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling generator sets, spare parts, and related services to residential, commercial, industrial, and construction clients.

The Sales Agent will develop new customers, maintain strong client relationships, conduct product presentations, prepare quotations, and achieve assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
• Promote and sell generator sets, parts, accessories, and related services.
• Conduct client visits, site inspections, and product presentations when required.
• Understand customer power requirements and recommend suitable generator set solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Negotiate with clients while following company pricing and approval policies.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and generate repeat business.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations teams regarding customer requirements.
• Monitor sales leads, opportunities, and pending quotations.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Submit regular sales reports and updates.
• Participate in marketing activities, trade shows, and customer presentations.
• Keep updated on generator set products, specifications, applications, and competitors.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in generator sets, electrical equipment, construction equipment, industrial equipment, or related industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Results-oriented and capable of working with sales targets.
• Willing to conduct field visits and meet clients.
• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.
• Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical, or generator set applications is an advantage.
• With existing business contacts or network is a plus.
• Must be organized, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Knows how to handle social media and able to create ads using Canva, Capcut, and the like

Performance Expectations

The Sales Agent will be evaluated based on:

1. Monthly sales achievement
2. Number of qualified leads generated
3. Number of quotations and proposals submitted

We are looking for someone who is hungry for sales, confident in dealing with clients, willing to learn technical products, and committed to achieving targets. Experience in generator sets or technical equipment sales is highly preferred, but candidates with strong sales experience and the right attitude are encouraged to apply.
