WOWAPPS is looking for a fun, bubbly and outgoing Sales Agent to join our Gold Coast team.

You do not need a perfect résumé or years of sales experience. If you have confidence, personality and the drive to improve, come on down and talk to us.

Already sold over the phone, worked in a call centre or sold SaaS? Even better. You’ll be able to hit the ground running.

THE MONEY

Strong performers can earn well over $100,000 a year.

That figure is OTE and includes your base salary plus uncapped commission. The better you sell, the more you earn. Simple.

THE ROLE

You’ll spend your day talking with cafe, restaurant and venue owners across Australia and showing them how WOWAPPS can make running their business easier.

Some conversations will be quick. Some will turn into demos. Some will need a few follow-ups before they become a sale. Your job is to build rapport, ask the right questions and keep the conversation moving.

This is a proper sales role: conversations, targets, follow-ups and closes. If you enjoy talking to people and get a kick out of winning, you’ll have fun here.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Talk with hospitality business owners every day
• Start natural conversations without sounding like a robot
• Ask good questions and understand what each venue needs
• Explain and demonstrate WOWAPPS in plain English
• Handle objections without getting weird about it
• Follow up properly and keep clean notes in the CRM
• Work towards clear sales and performance targets
• Close deals and earn commission

Telephone sales, appointment setting, SaaS, hospitality, retail, promotions or customer service experience will help, but none of it is essential.
