Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including face-to-face interactions, to promote our wireless and internet products.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing personalized service, understanding client needs, and offering suitable solutions.
• Negotiate terms and close sales effectively while ensuring compliance with wireless regulations and company policies.
• Manage sales administration tasks using CRM systems to track leads, follow-ups, and client interactions efficiently.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones through targeted outreach.

Experience

• Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments, preferably within the insurance or benefits administration sectors.
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively.
• Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases better.
• Excellent communication skills—bilingual proficiency is a plus—to facilitate clear client interactions across different languages.
