Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Agent to manage Rouvoo orders at one of our partner restaurants.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring orders received through the Rouvoo app, communicating with the restaurant team, ensuring orders are properly prepared and packaged, and making sure they are ready for pickup or delivery.

This role is suitable for someone who is customer-focused, organized, attentive, and able to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

* Monitor and manage orders received through the Rouvoo app.

* Receive and confirm new orders promptly.

* Communicate orders accurately to the restaurant's kitchen/team.

* Follow up on orders to ensure they are prepared correctly and on time.

* Check completed orders to ensure they match the customer's order.

* Ensure orders are properly packaged and ready for pickup or delivery.

* Communicate with riders when they arrive to pick up orders.

* Assist customers or riders with basic order-related enquiries.

* Report missing items, delays, incorrect orders, or other issues to the appropriate team.

* Keep accurate records of orders and report operational issues when necessary.

* Maintain a professional and positive relationship with the restaurant staff and Rouvoo customers.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: SSCE.

* Must be able to speak and understand English clearly.

* Good verbal and written communication skills.

* Good customer service skills.

* Must be organized and attentive to details.

* Ability to use a smartphone and basic mobile applications.

* Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.

* Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.

* Ability to work effectively in a busy restaurant environment.

* Previous experience in customer service, sales, restaurant operations, or a similar role is an added advantage but not mandatory.

What the Role Involves

The Sales Agent will essentially serve as the Rouvoo representative within the restaurant, ensuring that orders coming through the Rouvoo platform move smoothly from app → restaurant → preparation → packaging → rider/customer pickup.
