Part-Time Leasing Agent – $600/Month + Uncapped Commissions

Pay:
- $600/month base pay (part-time: 3 days/week)
- $100 for each tenant who moves in from your scheduled appointment
- $50 for each tenant who moves in from another agent’s appointment if you gave the tour
What You’ll Do:
- Answer rental inquiries & schedule tours
- Show rooms to prospective tenants
- Follow up to close move-ins
What We’re Looking For:
- Great communication skills
- Reliable & self-motivated
- Sales, leasing, or customer service experience is a plus (but not required)
