WHAT WE OFFER

• Private label and OEM solutions for customers who sell under their own brand.
• Flexible stock in Italy and short lead times, including small quantities.
• Technical support for you and for your customers: system projections, troubleshooting, and documentation in your language.
• A clear commission structure on net invoiced value, paid on collection, with no cap.
• A defined territory, with exclusivity linked to agreed annual targets.
• A long-term mandate, not a seasonal campaign.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• An established network among water treatment system integrators, OEMs, service and maintenance companies, or industrial end users in [Country].
• The ability to hold a technical conversation with a design engineer — you should be comfortable discussing a membrane system projection, flux, recovery and feed water quality.
• Self-employed status, with your own VAT registration.
• Local language at native level, plus working English.
• Willingness to visit customers in your territory.

HOW WE WORK TOGETHER

• First introductory call to explain corporate strategy and company vision.
• We send you the agent price list, technical documentation and reference projects.
• A written agency agreement under the law of your country, with territory, commission rates and annual targets agreed in advance.
• Joint visits to your key accounts during the first months, at our expense.
