Sales Agent

Shanghai Oriental Textile Corporation is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Agent with experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling products, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities with clients. We are seeking a proactive and hardworking sales professional who can confidently handle client requirements, provide suitable product solutions, and achieve sales targets while maintaining long-term business relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customers
• Promote and sell company products
• Visit prospective clients and conduct product presentations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
• Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, market research, and field visits
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations
• Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure proper order fulfillment

About you

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is an advantage
• Proven sales experience, preferably in Food Packaging, FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries
• Knowledge of food packaging products, materials, and customer requirements is a plus
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven
• Willing to do fieldwork and client visits
• Can work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism
• Existing client network in food industry is an advantage
