Shanghai Oriental Textile Corporation is looking for a motivated, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Agent with experience to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in selling products, excellent client relationship skills, and the ability to develop new business opportunities with clients.

We are seeking a proactive and hardworking sales professional who can confidently handle client requirements, provide suitable product solutions, and achieve sales targets while maintaining long-term business relationships.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
Identify and develop new customers
Promote and sell company products
Visit prospective clients and conduct product presentations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Generate sales leads through networking, referrals, market research, and field visits.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Client Management & Coordination
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate product solutions.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and product recommendations.
Handle customer inquiries, negotiations, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure proper order fulfillment.

Provide after-sales support and maintain customer satisfaction.
Market Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
Identify opportunities for new products and potential business expansion.
Develop strategies to increase market presence and customer base.
Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and business networking activities when required.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field is an advantage.
With proven sales experience, preferably in Food Packaging, FMCG, Manufacturing, or related industries.
Knowledge of food packaging products, materials, and customer requirements is a plus
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Highly motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
Willing to do fieldwork and client visits.
Can work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong sense of responsibility, commitment, and professionalism.
With existing client network in food industry is an advantage.
