Sales Agent

• Will do business development, identifying potential customers and developing relationships leading to sales - primarily focused on industrial pumps and heaters.

• Maintain, manage and assisting requirements from assigned accounts. Create product awareness and quotations to clients.

• Scout for new business opportunities outside assigned accounts, assessing and reporting competitor's product offerings, marketing activities.

• Will provide networking, technical presentation, explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable.

• Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate products/services.

• Providing solution to clients problems with their projects - solution selling and helping in the design of custom-made products.

• Monitor, follow up and resolve customer issues that may arise.

• Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other events.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any technical related courses preferred (but not absolutely required)
• With prior sales experience/exposure to pumps, valves and heaters sales/promotion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Auto-CAD (preferred)
• Can work with minimal supervision, with good sound judgement and business sense.
