Sales Agent

About the role

The Sales Agent is responsible for promoting and selling the products of Dragon Dumplings Commissary and Hunter's Kitchen, identifying and acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities and process customer orders
• Provide excellent customer service
• Monitor sales performance and achieve assigned sales targets
• Identify opportunities to expand market reach and increase revenue
• Coordinate with concerned teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Monitor customer payments when applicable
• Maintain accurate sales records
• Submit regular reports to management

Job Qualifications

• High school graduate; a college degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage.
• Experience in food products, frozen goods, restaurant sales, or fast-moving consumer goods is preferred.
• Good communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Able to identify prospective customers and develop sales opportunities.
• Results-oriented, organized, and able to meet assigned sales targets.
• Honest and responsible when handling customer orders, payments, and collections.
• Able to prepare basic sales reports and maintain accurate records.
• Willing to conduct fieldwork and travel to assigned sales areas when required.
• Able to work independently and coordinate with management, Accounting, and operational teams.
