Sales Agent

About the role

Responsible for generating sales, developing customer relationships, and achieving sales targets by identifying prospects, understanding customer needs, presenting suitable products or services, and closing sales.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential customers through calls and other channels.
• Present products/services, explain features and benefits, and provide quotations.
• Follow up with leads, prospects, and existing customers to convert opportunities into sales.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Process orders and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance.

About you

• College degree, or equivalent experience; a business/marketing background is an advantage.
• Previous sales or customer-service experience with high demands and targets for at least 1 year.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good negotiation, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and organized.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM or sales tools.
• Must have own equipment and ISP.
• Willing to install time-tracking applications.
• Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales targets.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and stay informed about market developments.
