Job DescriptionThe JBA Team of Manulife Dumaguete Branch is looking for motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Sales Agents.

This commission-based opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy meeting people, building relationships, and helping clients find financial solutions that fit their needs.Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Manulife insurance and financial products
• Generate leads through referrals, networking, and social media
• Conduct client presentations and product discussions
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Assist clients with applications and required documentation
• Provide after-sales service and policy support
• Meet or exceed sales targets

Qualifications

• At least college level (graduates preferred)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales, marketing, customer service, or recruitment experience is an advantage
• Willing to learn and undergo training
