• Minimum Matric / Intermediate education.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confident and professional personality.
• Previous experience in sales, call center, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills are welcome.
• Ability to handle customer calls and inquiries professionally.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Comfortable working with daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
• Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
• Good listening and problem-solving skills.
• Punctual, motivated, and willing to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.

Job Responsibilities

• Make and receive customer calls.
• Respond to customer questions and provide accurate information.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads.
• Promote company products/services.
• Convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain customer records in the CRM.
• Handle customer objections and resolve basic issues.
• Meet assigned sales and performance targets.
• Maintain a professional relationship with customers.
