SALES AGENT (Field Partnership)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and driven Sales Agent (Field Partnership) to join ZC KINGS MANPOWER COOPERATIVE. This is a full-time position based in Batangas Calabarzon, offering an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships in the field. As a Sales Agent specialising in field partnerships, you will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth through direct client engagement. This role is crucial to our expansion strategy and will have a direct impact on the success of our business development initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and engage potential clients and partners in the Batangas Calabarzon region to generate new business opportunities
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients and field partners to ensure satisfaction and loyalty
• Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of our offerings
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions
• Manage the sales pipeline and track all interactions, proposals, and follow-ups using customer relationship management (CRM) systems
• Work collaboratively with internal teams including operations and management to ensure seamless service delivery to partners
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) on a consistent basis
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and market feedback to senior management
• Build brand awareness and market presence through field activities, networking, and relationship development
• Identify market trends and competitive opportunities to inform business strategy and positioning

What we're looking for

• Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in a field-based or partnership-focused role
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and partners
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications
• A valid driver's licence and reliable transportation, as this role requires regular field visits
• Knowledge of the manpower or recruitment industry is advantageous but not essential
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel within the Batangas Calabarzon region as required
