Sales Agent Real Estate

We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Agent to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Arrange property viewings and conduct client meetings.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.
• Good customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Arabic-speaking ability is preferred.
• A target-driven attitude and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Hours

Sunday to Thursday: 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM
Saturday: 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM

Salary up to SAR 4,000 per month, plus commission, depending on experience.

Pay: ﷼3,000.00 - ﷼4,000.00 per month
