Sales Agent Representative | BACK-OFFICE

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Agent to promote our coworking spaces, office solutions, and membership packages. The role will focus on generating leads, assisting prospective clients, conducting site tours, and converting inquiries into bookings and memberships.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through calls, messages, social media, referrals, and other channels
• Respond to inquiries regarding coworking spaces, memberships, meeting rooms, and office packages
• Present available packages, rates, and services to prospective clients
• Conduct site tours for potential clients
• Follow up with leads and prospective customers
• Convert inquiries and leads into memberships, bookings, and sales
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients
• Coordinate with the Operations and Admin Teams regarding client requirements and bookings
• Maintain accurate records of leads, inquiries, follow-ups, and sales activities
• Meet assigned sales targets and monthly performance goals
• Assist with sales promotions and marketing activities
• Monitor competitor offerings and coworking market trends

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development, real estate, hospitality, coworking, or a related role
• Experience in B2B sales or client acquisition is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in presenting products, services, and packages to clients
• Customer-oriented and goal-driven
• Good negotiation and closing skills
• Comfortable making calls and conducting client follow-ups
• Organized and able to manage multiple leads
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
• Willing to work on-site

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
