Sales Agent (Sales Representative)

About the role

Outsource Staffers OPC is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team in Cebu City. This is a full-time, onsite position based in Cebu IT Park. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in engaging prospective patients, conducting sales related conversations, and converting leads into active enrollments for our wellness and longevity programs.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with inbound and outbound leads through phone calls, SMS, and email to convert inquiries into active patients.
• Conduct consultative sales by identifying patient needs, educating patients on available treatment options, and recommending appropriate healthcare and wellness programs.
• Effectively handle objections related to pricing, treatment options, safety, eligibility, and patient concerns while presenting the value of our programs to maximize conversions.
• Accurately document all patient interactions, dispositions, follow-up activities, and required actions in CRM systems and related sales tools.
• Ensure all communications comply with telehealth regulations, company policies, and quality standards.
• Meet or exceed established performance metrics.

About you

• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales, upselling
• Neutral to American English accent with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proactive and results-driven with the ability to effectively engage with leads and convert them into active leads
• Experience using CRM systems to manage leads, sales activities, and customer interactions
• Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with patients.
• Experience in healthcare, telehealth, or medical sales is an advantage but not required.
• Comfortable working night shifts
