Sales Agents - CDO

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably 2-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.

Duties and Responsibilities

• To exhibit superior product knowledge
• Selling the product and follow up stocks or items.
• To provide excellent customer experience.
• Introducing promotions and opportunities to clients.
• Work with customers to find what they want,
• Follow up customer and focus on inside sales, such as Cold Calls.
• Suggest up sell items to customers based on the items they have chosen
• To work on new sales leads through business directories and client referrals.
• To often help the customer with returns, refunds, and resolve common complaints
• To meet sales target monthly.
