Job Overview

We are looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Agents to join our DME, FE, and ACA campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to convert qualified leads into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.
• Explain campaign offers, benefits, and eligibility clearly.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Generate and convert leads into successful sales.
• Maintain call quality and follow campaign guidelines.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Follow company policies, scripts, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with the team and supervisors to improve performance.

Requirements

• Previous experience in DME, FE, ACA, Medicare, or international sales campaigns is preferred.
• Fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply.
• Excellent English communication and convincing skills.
• Confident and professional telephone manner.
• Strong objection-handling and closing skills.
• Target-oriented and motivated personality.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
