What they need
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan minimal S1 jurusan Pertanian, Agroteknologi, atau bidang terkait.
- Memiliki pengalaman min 5 tahun sebagai Sales Agronomist, dan min 2 tahun di level Supervisor.
- Diutamakan memiliki pengalaman dan pengetahuan di bidang pertanian dan produk-produk pertanian.
- Memiliki pengalaman melakukan kegiatan demand creation.
- Memiliki pengalaman dalam memimpin tim Sales atau Field Agronomist.
- Memiliki koneksi dan hubungan yang kuat dengan Key Farmer, Kios, Offtaker, Seedgrower & PPL.
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik.
- Bersedia bekerja mobile di wilayah operational yang dipegang.
