Sales AMC Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development: Generate new AMC leads, pitch maintenance services for fire alarms and firefighting equipment (hydrants, sprinklers, extinguishers), prepare commercial quotations, and close service contracts.
• Contract Renewals: Track existing client contract expiration dates, follow up for renewals, and handle upselling for system upgrades or spare parts.
• Service Coordination: Schedule routine preventive maintenance visits, dispatch service technicians, and coordinate responses to emergency breakdowns.
• Documentation & Billing: Process purchase/work orders, verify service and job-completion reports, and coordinate accurate invoicing and payment follow-ups.
• Client Management: Act as the main point of contact for customer complaints, service inquiries, and compliance documentation required by safety regulations

Core Requirements

• Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and multitasking abilities; proficiency in MS Office software.
• Knowledge: Basic technical familiarity with fire detection (alarm panels, smoke detectors) and suppression systems (sprinklers, pumps, hydrants).
• Experience: Typically 1 to 2 years of indoor sales, service coordination, or AMC business generation within the fire safety

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
