Sales Analyst & Reporting

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Regional Sales teams, Sales Planning, and dealers to gather and validate sales data.
• Consolidate and analyze sales performance data across regions and channels.
• Prepare and distribute weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc sales reports for management review.
• Support vehicle/product allocation processes by ensuring timely and accurate sales information.
• Monitor sales performance, market trends, and dealer achievement against targets.
• Maintain reporting accuracy, data integrity, and consistency across multiple data sources.
• Develop dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of sales performance.
• Provide analytical insights and recommendations to support sales strategy and business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or Reporting functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Lookup Functions, Data Analysis).
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting/dashboard tools is an advantage.
• Ability to manage and consolidate large datasets from multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and coordination skills with cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently, manage priorities, and meet tight reporting deadlines.
• Experience in automotive, dealer network, FMCG, or retail industries is preferred.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
