Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst with 2–5 years of experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, and dashboard creation. The ideal candidate should have a strong finance background and be proficient in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint to support business decision-making through insightful reports and presentations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
• Perform financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and business performance insights.
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
• Create management reports and presentations for stakeholders using Excel or PowerPoint.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Analyze financial data to support strategic business decisions.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret financial information.
• Recommend process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and accuracy.

Required Skills

• Strong financial background with a solid understanding of accounting and finance principles.
• Experience in Finance Reporting and Financial Analysis.
• Expertise in Dashboard Development using Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, Advanced Formulas, Charts, Dashboards).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce
• MBA (Finance)
