- Manage customer billing activities, including preparation, and uploading of invoices
- Ensure accuracy and timely processing of billing transactions
- Coordinate with distributors and customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
- Perform ground-level operational tasks related to customer service function
- Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department (CSD) for process execution and improvements
- Support data analysis and reporting for customer service operations
- Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
- Maintain and update records, dashboards, and MIS reports
- Assist in identifying process gaps and improving efficiency
