Sales Analyst

Overall Role Purpose To drive commercial performance through sales analytics, incentive program administration, budgeting, and forecasting. The role is responsible for transforming data into actionable insights, identifying performance opportunities, and providing recommendations that support commercial decision-making and business growth. Working closely with the Sales Program Manager, the position manages the day-to-day execution of sales programs, reporting, and forecasting processes while driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance sales productivity, operational efficiency, and business performance.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the design and execute the implementation, administration, and evaluation of sales incentive and recognition programs.
• Develop and maintain sales budgets, incentive forecasts, and performance tracking to support business planning, cost management, and program effectiveness.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to support commercial decision-making.
• Extract, validate, maintain, and enhance sales-related data, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Prepare and administer incentive calculations, dashboards, reports, business reviews, and management presentations for stakeholders.
• Partner and work closely with the Sales Program Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to execute sales programs, performance management activities, and commercial initiatives.
• Proactively identify performance trends, process improvement initiatives through automation, optimization, and data-driven analysis to enhance operational efficiency and program effectiveness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering, Data Science or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical thinking skills with excellent numerical ability.
• 3-4 Experience in database management, data analysis, sales performance reporting, and dashboard development.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL, and Power BI, with the ability to manage and analyze large datasets.
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and business recommendations.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and proactive, with the ability to execute, administer, monitor, and evaluate sales programs and initiatives.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively present analyses, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Sales Program Manager and cross-functional teams.
