What they need
At least 2 years in sales support, customer service, or administration. Experience with AC cleaning, maintenance, cleaning services, or facilities management is preferred.
Strong spoken and written English. .
Confident handling calls and WhatsApp enquiries, preparing quotations, following up leads, explaining services, and securing bookings.
Accurate data entry, appointment scheduling, invoice preparation, document filing, and coordination with technicians. Knows how to deal with different government agencies.
Organised, polite, reliable, proactive, and able to manage several enquiries without missing follow-ups.
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
