About the role

You will be the main point of contact for prospective families, guiding them through the enrolment process, while managing key administrative tasks to ensure smooth school operations.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all prospective parent enquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-ins promptly and professionally
• Conduct personalized campus tours and consultations for prospective students and their parents
• Follow up on leads and guide families through every step of the enrolment process across all communication channels, including WhatsApp
• Assist in organizing and executing recruitment events such as Open Days, education fairs, and campus info sessions
• Maintain and update prospective student leads and follow-up records in the CRM or database system
• Meet assigned individual and team student enrolment targets
• Process student enrolment paperwork, registration files, and admission documents accurately
• Coordinate with finance and academic to ensure smooth onboarding for new students
• Maintain student records, update filing systems, and prepare weekly/monthly sales and enrolment reports
• Handle general front-desk duties, incoming messages/calls, and routine office administrative tasks
