Sales and Admin Coordinator

Job post summary:

The Sales Executive will generate leads, close sales, and build strong client relationships. This role involves actively promoting our office space solutions to potential clients and ensuring a smooth sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct product demonstrations and close sales.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues.
• Update CRM system with accurate sales pipeline information.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in leasing, commercial, or hospitality.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Fluent in English.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
