Sales Admin Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the field sales team for order collection, processing, and dispatch follow-ups.
• Manage and update sales data, trackers, and dashboards regularly.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance reports (sales vs target, product-wise, region-wise).
• Act as the liaison between sales, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfilment and billing.
• Monitor secondary sales and distributor stock levels, and support schemes or incentive calculations.
• Assist in organizing sales meetings, training programs, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain accurate and updated records of customers, distributors, and territory-wise mapping.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and travel claim processing for the sales team.
• Handle customer and distributor queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

Education:

• Graduate (preferably in Commerce, Business Administration); MBA/PGDM is a plus.

Experience:

• 2-4 years in a similar sales administrative role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry.

Skills:

• Strong Excel and Data management skills
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM systems
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Detail-oriented and well-organized
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
