Sales & Administrative Associate

About the role

This role is a unique opportunity to gain experience in both sales and business operations. Approximately 50% of your responsibilities will involve assisting customers and selling vehicles, while the other 50% will focus on administrative tasks that keep our sales operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

Sales (50%)

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through Facebook Marketplace, Messenger, phone calls, and other online platforms.
• Assist customers in finding the right vehicle based on their needs and budget.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and explain key features.
• May appear in car tour videos and promotional content for social media.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Schedule vehicle viewings and test drives.
• Coordinate with banks and financing partners during the purchasing process.
• Close sales while providing excellent customer service.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Administrative (50%)

• Prepare and organize vehicle sales documents.
• Process financing and documentary requirements.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Update spreadsheets, sales trackers, and internal databases.
• Monitor document completion and transaction status.
• Coordinate vehicle releases with customers and internal teams.
• Assist with inventory updates and office administration.
• Support the daily operations of the dealership.

About you

• At least 25 years old

• No college diploma required

• No experience required

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated

• Team player with a positive attitude

• Honest, responsible, and dependable

• Organized and detail-oriented

• Willing to learn new skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers

• Comfortable appearing in Facebook videos and vehicle walkarounds

• Familiar with Facebook Marketplace and Messenger

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Willing to work on-site in Cabuyao, Laguna
