Role & responsibilities

Designation : Sales & Application Engineers - Carbide Cutting Tools (Business Line) products - Inserts (Turning & Millings etc)

.

Job Description:

• Basic knowledge on various cutting tools especially for CNC Machines various operations like turning, milling, grooving, drilling, threading and reaming.
• Basic Knowledge in Tool Management system.
• Conduct Product Trials / introduction / resolve complaints.
• Work with Development team to Prove out the new Tools.
• knowledge in improving productivity by adopting better tooling.
• knowledge in Grade selection of cutting tools for various materials.
• Offering Tooling Solutions and cost benefits to customer by working out a optimum Cost/Component
• knowledge in trouble shooting & problem solving of various metal cutting problems.
• Has to work with PED & NPD Team

Qualification : BE(Mech) or Diploma (Mech) with Min 2 – 5 Yrs who is Interested in Sales can be applied
