Sales & Applications Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate water pump products and solutions based on their application.
• Assist customers in pump selection, sizing, and technical specifications.
• Conduct site visits and assess project requirements when necessary.
• Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and other sales-related documents.
• Explain product features, specifications, applications, and benefits to customers.
• Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants, and internal teams regarding technical and commercial requirements.
• Follow up on quotations, inquiries, projects, and prospective customers.
• Develop new customer accounts and maintain good relationships with existing customers.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and support the achievement of sales targets.
• Provide technical assistance before and after the sale as needed.
• Monitor project requirements and coordinate with concerned departments to help ensure timely delivery and proper product support.
• Keep updated on product specifications, applications, and industry developments.
• Perform other related duties that may be assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related engineering course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• With sales, technical, or customer-facing experience is an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of pumps, water systems, or related equipment is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to understand technical information and explain it clearly to customers.
• Willing to conduct field work, site visits, and meet customers when required.
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn.
• Must be comfortable with both technical and sales-related responsibilities.

Work Environment

This position involves a combination of office-based technical and sales work and field activities, including customer meetings and site visits.

Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php28,000.00 per month
