Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales & Banquets Coordinator to join our vibrant hospitality team!. Responsible for supporting the execution of the sales plan for rooms and banquets for a mid-size hotel and casino. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of related experience and demonstrated knowledge of marketing, sales, and guest services.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum two (3) years in in the Hospitality Industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, hotel administration, business o related area
- Knowledge of hotel sales processes, group bookings, and catering/event coordination preferred.
- Committed to delivering high levels of customer service.
- Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
- Ability to work on your own and in teams.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Fully bilingual
- Experience preparing proposals, contracts, reports, and correspondence.
