Job Description

We are looking for a Sales and Billing Executive to support sales operations, customer coordination, quotation preparation, invoicing, and billing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with customers regarding enquiries, quotations, orders, and deliveries.
• Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, sales invoices, and other sales-related documents.
• Process customer purchase orders and maintain sales records.
• Coordinate with the purchase, production, and accounts teams to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Follow up with customers regarding payments and outstanding invoices.
• Maintain customer databases, billing records, and sales documentation.
• Assist in preparing sales reports and tracking order status.
• Ensure billing documents are accurate and issued on time.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales coordination, billing, or a similar role.
• Basic knowledge of invoicing, GST billing, and sales documentation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication, coordination, and organisational skills.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is an added advantage.
• Experience in an electronics or engineering company is preferred.
