Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, creative, and passionate about hospitality, design, and premium brands?

Atlas Hospitality Reps is growing, and we're looking for a Sales & Brand Experience Coordinator to join our team at our Houston showroom!

This is a dynamic, hands-on role for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, staying organized, and helping a growing business thrive. You'll play an important role in supporting our sales team, coordinating day-to-day operations, and creating an exceptional experience for our customers and brand partners.

What You'll Do

Sales Support & Coordination

• Support our Territory Sales Managers with quotes, sample requests, customer follow-ups, and general sales needs.
• Assist with CRM management, data entry, and maintaining accurate customer and project information.
• Help streamline administrative processes and keep the sales team organized and efficient.
• Coordinate with manufacturers and customers on product information, samples, and project requests.
• Support the sales team by researching potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, building prospect lists, and assisting with initial outreach and follow-up.

Showroom & Brand Experience

• Assist with day-to-day operations of our Houston showroom.
• Coordinate showroom appointments, product samples, and customer visits.
• Receive, organize, and maintain showroom inventory and displays.
• Help create a welcoming, beautifully presented showroom that reflects our premium brands.

Marketing & Creative Support

• Assist with social media content creation and scheduling across LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook.
• Help develop engaging content showcasing our brands, products, and projects.
• Support marketing initiatives, showroom events, and customer communications.

Who We're Looking For

• Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, professional attitude.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content creation.
• Creative, resourceful, and willing to take initiative.
• An appreciation for hospitality, design, tabletop products, or luxury brands is a bonus!
