Sales & Business Development Associate

Renewal by Fabric Restorations is looking for a high energy Outside Sales & Business Development Associate to help grow our textile restoration services across Southern California. If you thrive in the field, love meeting new people, and enjoy driving results, this role is a strong fit.

Job Summary

You will build relationships with insurance adjusters, contractors, and property owners, promote our textile‑restoration services, and support packouts and customer coordination after fire, smoke, or water losses. This is a fast‑paced, client facing role with strong growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain B2B relationships
• Prospect daily through visits, networking, and industry events
• Meet insureds, adjusters, and contractors
• Coordinate textile packouts and assess affected rooms
• Document routes, visits, and sales activity
• Achieve monthly sales goals
• Provide excellent customer service throughout the restoration process

Qualifications

• B2B outside sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and field visits
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to learn CRM tools
• Self‑motivated and adaptable
• Valid driver’s license

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
