Sales & business development executives

About the role

You will be involved in sales, marketing, customer acquisition and business development to help grow the customer base and revenue for Pickle Pong Club. This role combines sales and customer growth, marketing and promotions, business development, and team operations.

Key responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and enquiries
• Convert enquiries into trials, classes, packages and memberships
• Increase court, table and class bookings
• Develop strategies to increase weekend traffic
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Plan and execute promotions and campaigns
• Support IG, TikTok, Facebook, XHS & WhatsApp marketing
• Develop partnerships with schools, tuition centres, and local businesses
• Identify corporate and team-building opportunities
• Work closely with the Front Desk team to ensure leads are properly followed up

About you

• 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident in talking to customers and closing sales
• Proactive and willing to take initiative
• Comfortable with targets and KPIs
• Able to work independently
• Good problem-solving and business mindset
• Sports, Fitness, Events, or Education experience is a plus
• Fresh graduates with strong sales personality are welcome to apply
