Sales and Business Development Personnel

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales, business development, or a related role.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and close sales.
• Strong knowledge of sales and business development strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Strong networking and market research skills.
• Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Target-driven, proactive, and result-oriented.
• Good understanding of customer acquisition and retention strategies.
• Ability to prepare sales reports and track business development activities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
• Willingness to travel and work in the field when required.
• Experience in power/energy, or renewable energy is an advantage.
