We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused team member to join our shop.

This role combines customer service with operational support to ensure a smooth and high-quality experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

Customer experience

• Welcome and assist customers
• Provide product knowledge and guidance
• Handle transactions and inquiries

Shop operations

• Maintain displays and cleanliness
• Support stock organisation and packaging

Orders & coordination

• Manage customer orders and special requests
• Communicate clearly with kitchen stage
• Take client orders, serve clients and take payments

ABOUT:

Gstaad Chocolate Shop is a high-end, artisanal chocolate house in the heart of one of Switzerland's most exclusive mountain villages. As the leading chocolate and patisserie shop in Gstaad, we cater to both local residents and a highly international, jet-set clientele, using exclusive local ingredients such as mountain milk and cream to make our entire range in-house — hand-made pralines and truffles, chocolate bars, biscuits, cakes and patisserie.

We have recently opened a second, much larger site in the neighbouring village of Rougemont, with a fully working kitchen, launching this autumn. We're looking for energetic sales and wait staff to join the existing team as we ramp up for the winter season.

Pay: CHF4’600.00 - CHF4’700.00 per month

Experience:

• sales or waitressing: 3 years (Required)
