Sales & Client Relations Associate

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with BPO, customer service, sales, telesales, account management, or client-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong background or demonstrated experience in sales, upselling, cross-selling, or client relationship management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally with clients through phone and email.
• Confident in handling client calls, follow-ups, inquiries, and concerns.
• Customer-oriented with strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to existing clients to introduce and promote additional company services.
• Able to professionally handle payment follow-ups and communicate with clients regarding pending balances.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and follow-ups simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and able to prepare and maintain sales and client-related reports.
• Detail-oriented and able to ensure that client concerns and follow-ups are properly documented and coordinated.
• Able to work closely with the Reporting Manager and participate in internal calibration discussions to address client concerns and determine appropriate solutions.
• Willing to assist with Sales Administration and other tasks as needed.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and comfortable working with sales targets and client engagement activities.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle client concerns professionally and calmly.
• Willing to learn and adapt to company processes, systems, and services.

Pay: Php23,000.00 - Php24,000.00 per month
