Sales and Client Representative

Sales and Client Representative Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and identify their wireless technology needs through active listening and engaging conversations
• Demonstrate mobile devices, accessories, and related products to showcase features and benefits effectively
• Assist customers with sales transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring accurate cash register operations and cash handling
• Upsell additional products or services to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales performance
• Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
• Conduct product demos confidently, highlighting key features to educate customers and facilitate purchasing decisions

Sales and Client Representative Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in wireless or electronics environments
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly and effectively
• Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
• Bilingual abilities are highly valued to serve diverse customer bases better
• Demonstrated ability in upselling and promoting store products or services to meet sales goals
• Customer service excellence with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
• Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations
