This is a unique inside sales and customer service opportunity for someone who knows how to connect with people, build trust quickly, ask the right questions, and confidently guide a customer toward a decision.

Customers are often contacting the company during stressful, emotional, and unfamiliar circumstances. Successful employees must be able to balance empathy and exceptional customer service with a strong sales mindset . You should be comfortable discussing money, overcoming objections, explaining options clearly, and asking for the business while remaining professional and nonjudgmental.

Prior bail bond experience is not required . Candidates with transferable experience in inside sales, inbound sales, customer retention, call centers, financial services, collections, hospitality, automotive sales, retail sales, account management, or other customer-facing sales environments are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Respond to inbound telephone calls and walk-in customer inquiries.
  • Build rapport quickly and identify each customer's individual needs and concerns.
  • Explain bail bond services and processes in a clear, professional, and easy-to-understand manner.
  • Treat qualified inquiries as sales opportunities and confidently ask for the business.
  • Discuss pricing, payment requirements, and available arrangements within established company guidelines.
  • Address customer questions and objections while identifying appropriate solutions.
  • Remain calm, empathetic, and nonjudgmental when assisting customers who may be frightened, frustrated, confused, or financially stressed.
  • Prepare, review, and process detailed customer and bond documentation.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate transaction records.
  • Maintain detailed electronic customer records and follow up on outstanding documentation, payments, and other requirements.
  • Navigate multiple computer systems, email, digital documents, payment platforms, and internal databases.
  • Manage multiple active customer matters simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Communicate electronically with courts, jails, and other appropriate parties as required.
  • Develop positive customer relationships and identify appropriate referral opportunities.
  • Work independently and make sound decisions within established policies and procedures.
  • Assist other office locations with calls, documentation, payments, inventory, or coverage when needed.
  • Complete occasional approved business travel to nearby offices, jails, courthouses, or government facilities when required.

What We’re Looking For

The strongest candidates will be engaging communicators and natural relationship builders .

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Confidence discussing pricing, payments, and financial commitments.

  • Empathy and emotional control when dealing with customers under stress.
  • A professional, approachable, and nonjudgmental communication style.
  • Strong computer and digital-system proficiency.

  • Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Sound judgment and willingness to ask questions when unsure.
  • Dependability, punctuality, and strong follow-through.

  • Interest in developing long-term knowledge of the business and growing with the organization.
